Marketing Education is a technical and career education program offered as a part of the regular high school curriculum to prepare students for careers in wholesale, retail, and service occupations.
Marketing is a cooperative education program requiring the joint interests and efforts of the school, the marketing education student, the business sector, and the community.
Marketing cooperative students (grades eleven and twelve) receive classroom instruction directly related to their career objectives while training on a part-time basis in local marketing businesses. Students will also earn school credit and wages for their work experiences. The students must be continuously employed throughout the year and obtain a predetermined amount of hours.
