NJROTC Instructors
The NJROTC Program is under the direction of Capt. Sinibaldi, the Senior Naval Science Instructor, with assistance from SCPO Fields, the Naval Science Instructor. Capt. Sinibaldi served in the United States navy for 31 years, and has been an NJROTC Instructor at First Colonial for three years (As of 2006.) He is a certified social studies teacher in the state of Virginia, and has a master’s degree in education from Old Dominion University. SCPO Fields has been at First Colonial’s unit, for six years 9as of 2006)..
Between the two, First Colonial’s unit has an exciting and meaningful learning experience each and every day.
