Gradfest

Gradfest is an amazing all night party (lock-in) for graduating seniors sponsored by the FCHS PTSA.  Here’s what you need to know:

  • DATE: Thursday evening, June 14, 2018 
  • LOCATION:  Great Neck Recreation Center
  • TIME: 11pm (June 14) – 5am (June 15) 
  • Drug-free, Alcohol-free and safe event on one of the most dangerous nights of their lives
  • Party provides one “last hurrah” and celebration with their classmates
  • Activities include:  DJ, Casino tables, Hypnotist show, Caricaturist, Balloon obstacle course, Balloon and tattoo artists, Money Machine, Massages, Karaoke, Game Show Mania, Bingo, and Raffles for GREAT prizes (like TV’s, Keurigs, and Mini Fridges)!!!
  • FOOD provided all night long – an unbelievable spread for these graduates is made available – everything from Chick-fil-A, smoothies, deli sandwiches, pizza, countless snacks, sodas, water, donuts, pastries, etc.

  • Gradfest Admission only:

    $75 – at the door Completed form due at the door.

HOW TO PURCHASE ADMISSION:

  • Pay on-line via PayPal-Pick up a form on the Form Rack near Security Desk at FC.  Complete and return to Main Office or mail to address on form.  A paper copy of the form MUST be completed for on-line payments.
  • Cash or Check-Pick up a form on the Form Rack near Security Desk at FC.  Complete and return with payment to Main Office or mail to address on form.  Checks must be made payable to FCHS PTSA and a note stating “Gradfest.”

SIGNATURES REQUIRED  - Please understand that both PARENT 
and STUDENT signatures are required on the ticket form.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

DONATIONS:
Donations are appreciated!!!  The PTSA Gradfest Committee works the entire school year trying to secure both financial donations and Prize donations, so please let us know if you can help in any way.  All donations are tax-deductible.  All donors will be recognized in the Graduation Program that is provided to everyone that attends graduation; as well as on the FCHS Facebook page and on all signage at the Gradfest event.  We would love your support!  Gradfest Donation Link.

VOLUNTEERS – Needed BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the event:
Please join us as we host this fun event for our Graduates!!!  We will need over 60 volunteers for the entire event, and there are a variety of ways to help – from decorating the venue, ordering/securing food, working the games, handing out prizes, registering graduates as they enter, set-up, clean up, etc.  The parents have just as much fun as the kids do!!!  We especially need underclass parents to help with this event so that the parents of the Seniors can enjoy the Graduation festivities with their graduate and friends and family.  Keep in mind that you do not have to work the entire night – we have various shifts to pick from!
